Progress Wrestling Announce Huge Wembley Show

Progress Wrestling, one of the biggest independent wrestling companies in the world right now, last night announced huge news that lays claim to the company’s monster growth and popularity.

At their annual big September show, this time at the Alexandra Palace in London, co-owner Jim Smallman broke the massive news that on September 30th next year, Progress will be running a show at London’s Wembley Arena.

The show, aptly titled ‘Hello Wembley’, is sensational news for the UK wrestling scene and massive for Progress, making this one of (if not the) biggest independent wrestling show ever.

The Wembley Arena was last home to a big wrestling event when NXT held their Takeover: London show there in December 2015.

Before that, WWE hosted Summerslam at the venue in August of 1992.

While pricing has yet to be revealed, pre-sale tickets for the event go on sale September 18th for subscribers to Progress Wrestling’s mailing list.
