There has never been an artist quite like H.R. Giger, and there probably never will be again. The mind behind one of the most iconic designs in horror and sci-fi, the xenomorph from the alien series, passed away in 2014. He also designed most of the sets and the general look of the first Alien film – there weren’t many shots that didn’t have a touch of Giger about them.
His unique art has been a source of inspiration for many, including some Minecraft fans over at Everbloom Studios. They decided to immortalise Giger within the game, creating some stunning images and remarkable scenes within their limitations.
