Despite being hated by almost everyone, you can’t deny that the first Ghostbusters trailer certainly made people aware that it was a movie that was happening which would be released in a cinema. That was it, that was my attempt at being positive about this film. I failed.
Here’s a second trailer, because Sony are gluttons for punishment.
It just looks so obnoxious. None of the understated charm of the original seems like it remains, making the new Ghostbusters a brash, loud mess with too much CGI. And the humour. My god, the humour. I mean, I know humour is subjective and all, but it would be too cheesy even for the 1980’s.
