If you want to find vines in Fortnite LEGO, there’s several ways you can go about it. Chopping down bushes will net you various items, including wood and vines, while harvesting food items such as pumpkins also has a small chance of dropping vines. From those two methods alone, you should have more than enough vines to craft useful items such as torches or cords.
