Fortnite‘s seasons live or die by its map changes, with so many millions of fans always after huge changes each season to keep the experience fresh. The Chapter 4 map hasn’t changed much since it launched apart from the arrival of Mega City in Season 2, but with the arrival of Season 3, we’re getting a whole new biome in the middle of the map to go wild over.

Here’s a look at the Fortnite: Chapter 4 – Season 3 map:

Here’s some of the names of the new locations:

– Creeky Compound
– Rumble Ruins
– Shady Stilts

It’s hard to miss the giant fog that shrouds the central areas of the map for the launch of Wilds, which is the new jungle biome for the season and where Optimus Prime and the new rideable raptors were located. There’s actually a host of new locations and POIs too; here’s a look at some of them.

There’s definitely a lot of new things going on on the island this season, which includes the introduction of canopies to allow you to get to high ground, mud that you can hide in, and even vines to grind. If you’re still a bit disappointed in the Season 3 map and hoped for more, don’t forget that Epic often update a map over the course of the season, so we might be seeing even more jungle areas or crossover locations as the season continues.

Fortnite is free-to-play on PC via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android.
