So, depending on how much you actually like interacting with people, this should come as exciting news for some Star Wars fans. An “immersive” Star Wars hotel is opening at the Walt Disney World resort in Orlando with a projected 2019 arrival.
I don’t know. The whole thing sounds exhausting. You get a storyline and go on a two day adventure aboard a space station set somewhere in the Star Wars universe. You and the staff are in character the entire time. I would assume shenanigans, possibly even fun, will ensue.
2019 is about right for an opening, since most of us regular folk will have to save for a while to afford the $1,000 per person price tag. Still, I imagine they’ll have no trouble filling their rooms.
