See: Season 4 – Everything You Should Know

You can't See me

Originally airing in 2019 as an Apple TV+ exclusive series, See has been a wild ride all the way through its three seasons. The action-packed finale had Jason Momoa’s iconic Baba Voss sacrificing himself to save his family. His death became the catalyst for peace, however, the tribes do have a tendency to go to war, and if there’s a See: Season 4, it’ll only be a matter of time before another one is on the horizon.

Unfortunately, the third season was our final time in the post-apocalyptic future of See. Season 3 was announced to be the series’ final season, and with Baba Voss, the driving force of the show dying in the final episode, that all but confirms it. Unlike Apple TV+’s Severance: Season 2 which speedily got renewed, See: Season 4 won’t be happening as per the creators, but with viewership at an all-time high, they might just reconsider.

When Is See: Season 4 Coming Out?

See: Season 4 does not have a release date. Since the third season was stated as the final, and considering Baba Voss’ demise, a fourth season seems unlikely to be made, so we should assume as such. That said, if there’s any reason to bring the series back, it’s because of the ratings.

The plot drastically progressed in the series finale. Queen Kane, Baba Voss, and Tormada all met an ill fate, while Kofun blinded himself to become the next leader of the Paya. Haniwa ventured off into the unknown with Wren, and after the peace treaty, the tribes did calm down. The point is that if See: Season 4 is ordered, there will be major changes with the cast and it’s going to be a different story than we’re used to.

Many new characters will have to be introduced in order to fill the shoes of Queen Kane and Baba Voss, and since that isn’t a small decision to make, production on See: Season 4 will last a lot longer if it ever is greenlighted. In any case, it’s going to be a minute before we find out when or if the series is returning, so in the meantime, watching Ted Lasso wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Who Is In The Cast of See: Season 4?

Guessing the cast of See: Season 4 is going to be even trickier than it sounds. Normally, Sylvia Hoeks would star as Queen Sibeth Kane and Jason Momoa as Baba Voss, but as we’ve seen the last of these characters, the two lead actors won’t be reprising their roles.

In the event that See: Season 4 is made, expect Nesta Cooper and Archie Madekwe to take on a far central role as Haniwa and Kofun respectively, with perhaps another new protagonist joining them to build a solid foundation, and the introduction of a brutal antagonist that surpasses even the likes of Queen Kane. Supporting cast members sure to make an appearance in See: Season 4 would include Hera Hilmar as Maghra Kane, Eden Epstein as Wren, and Christian Camargo as Tamacti Jun, but beyond that, you shouldn’t get your hopes up to see any familiar faces.
