Punk legends NOFX have announced the release date, artwork, and the first song, from their upcoming album, First Ditch Effort.

With a release date set for October 7th, this will be the band’s first full-length release since 2012’s Self-Entitled. Containing thirteen tracks, it would appear from the titles (listed below) that the songs will focus heavily on drug use and abuse.

This isn’t too surprising, given frontman “Fat” Mike Burkett, recently went through a detox program (which he catalogued on his Instagram account).

The first song to be released from the album is opening track Six Years On Dope, which the band have released on their YouTube channel.
