Hindsights Release ‘Pensive’ for Streaming

Hindsights

Having previously released an unsettling music video for ‘Cold Walls’, four-piece Berkshire alt-rock outfit Hindsights have now unveiled a second track from forthcoming debut full length ‘Cold Walls/Cloudy Eyes’, which will be released on 23rd February 2015 through UK indie label Beach Community. The fresh cut is titled ‘Pensive’ and happens to be the first song the band wrote for the record, back on New Year’s Day 2014. The typically introspective track is about wanting to have time to yourself.

Hindsights have also announced that they’ll be playing a special headline show Upstairs at The Garage in London on 17th February. Support will come from Bad News and more to be confirmed.

Pre-orders for ‘Cold Walls/Cloudy Eyes’ will be available from Thursday with limited vinyl available – 100 copies of Clear with Blue Egg and 200 of Transparent Red.

The album was recorded over two weeks in June 2014 at HQ Studios in Manchester with Bob Cooper (Nai Harvest, Self Defence Family, Brawlers). Expansive and cathartic, you can hear the band’s struggles and turmoil within the highly fraught ten tracks that comprise ‘Cold Walls/Cloudy Eyes’.
